Waitry’s Digital Waiting Queue transforms that process into something seamless, orderly and completely digital. Your customers check in by scanning a QR upon arrival and can see how long they are waiting for service.
I’m sure you already knew this Waitry feature, what’s new? We’ve added an enhancement within the Digital Waiting Queue that makes it even easier for you to communicate with the customer when their table is ready.
Now, from the queue management panel, you will find a direct WhatsApp button next to each waiting guest. When clicked, it automatically opens a chat window so you can send the notification in seconds, without searching for the number, without changing screen and without wasting time. This message arrives directly to your customers’ WhatsApp, streamlining the process and improving communication.
In addition, once you access the chat, the button changes to green, indicating that the conversation with that guest has already been opened. This way, you and your team have immediate visibility of who has already been notified and who has not, avoiding duplicates and confusion at the busiest times.
An improved interface, with a real impact on the speed and accuracy with which your team manages the room.
