Integration between Oracle Simphony and Waitry
You import the menu and front of house plans from Oracle Symphony, and table, takeaway and delivery orders from Waitry are sent to your POS terminal.
- Orders sent directly to your POS terminal
- A single letter
- Fewer mistakes in the kitchen
- Are you still using your POS?

Alongside Waitry, Oracle Simphony sells through all your channels
You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into Oracle Simphony as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.
Do I need to change my POS terminal?
No. You’ll continue using Oracle Symphony. Waitry imports your menu, floor plans and table layouts, and sends the orders to it.
What do I need to connect it?
A Waitry plan with POS integration and the following details from your Simphony account: the API user ID, the Revenue Centre number and the payment method ID.
Can I still create products on Waitry?
Better not. With active integration, products are created in Simphony and synchronised. Any products you create in Waitry alone are not sent to the POS.
ÁgoraYour menu and tables are generated by Ágora, and orders are sent to the POS terminal
HosteltáctilYour menu and tables are generated by Hosteltáctil, and orders are sent to the POS terminal
MaxiRestYour menu and tables are generated by MaxiRest, and the orders are fed into the system
HioposYour menu is dispatched from Hiopos and takeaway orders are sent to the POS terminal
