Questions about the QR code on the table

Does the customer need to download an app?

No. The QR code opens the menu in your mobile browser. The branded app is optional.

Can you pay at the table?

Yes, you can pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card, with the bill split and the tip included. Or you can pay later at the till if you prefer.

How does the order reach the kitchen?

To the KDS and POS in real time, including the table number and all modifiers.

Does it work in several languages?

Yes. The letter is displayed in the customer’s language, having been translated once by AI and reviewed by you.

Is it available for room service?

Yes. Room service is a type of service with its own workflow and its own standard phrases.

What about allergens?

Listed by product and filterable by the customer, with a warning displayed before confirmation if you enable this feature.

Can I still take payment at the till if the customer prefers?

Yes. The customer can choose to pay via their mobile or at the till, and both methods are included in the same daily reconciliation.
