- Fewer mistakes in the kitchen
- Are you still using your POS?

Lightspeed
Lightspeed is a Canadian cloud-based POS provider offering integrated payment solutions for the hospitality and retail sectors. Its restaurant POS system includes kitchen displays, stock management, bookings and reporting, and is used by establishments in Europe, North America and Australia.
Alongside Waitry, Lightspeed sells through all your channels
You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into Lightspeed as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.
Do I need to change my POS terminal?
No. You’ll continue using Lightspeed. Waitry imports your menu, floor plans and table layouts, and sends the orders to it.
What do I need to connect it?
A Waitry plan that integrates with your POS system and your Lightspeed account. In Waitry, click ‘Connect’ and authorise Waitry in Lightspeed.
Can I still create products on Waitry?
Better not. With the integration enabled, products are created in Lightspeed and synchronised. Any products you create in Waitry alone are not sent to the POS.
