Each Goiko’s kitchen, displayed on a screen

At Goiko, Waitry’s KDS receives each kitchen ticket with its own channel, timing and extras. The kitchen knows which dishes come first and no longer has to struggle with paper kitchen tickets.

At Basics by Goiko, customers place their orders at the kiosk: they build their burger at their own pace, pay, and the kitchen ticket is automatically sent to the kitchen.

Oakberry

Two kiosks at the entrance, and the queue no longer spilled out onto the street

Oakberry sells a product that’s made to order and comes with plenty of options: base, toppings, size. At the counter, that’s a long conversation, and at peak times, the conversation is the queue.

They set up kiosks in the premises displaying the menu and promotions published via the Waitry dashboard. Diners can put together their bowl at their own pace, without anyone standing behind them putting them under pressure, and the marketing team can change the content on the screen whenever they like, without having to raise a ticket with the supplier or touch the hardware.

Thanks to the kiosks, Oakberry’s average spend has risen.

Zeta Smash Burger

The kiosk takes the order, collects payment and sends the kitchen ticket straight to the kitchen

In a burger restaurant, the profit margin comes from the extras: the chips, the drink, the extra sauce.

Zeta Smash Burger uses a kiosk with a built-in card reader and cross-selling suggestions. Customers place their orders and pay at the same point; the order is sent to the KDS with the kiosk’s stamp and appears on the order display when it is ready. There is just one end-of-day cash reconciliation, regardless of where the order comes from.

With the kiosks, average spend has risen. You can see one in action at Plaza de Chueca, 1, in Madrid.
