Hiopos

HIOPOS, formerly known as ICG, is a cloud-based, Android and web-based POS platform, with versions for the hospitality, retail, food and beauty sectors. It operates across all five continents through a network of partners, with a presence in Spain and across much of Latin America.

Alongside Waitry, Hiopos sells through all your channels

You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into Hiopos as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.

Do I need to change my POS terminal?

No. You carry on using your Hiopos. Waitry imports the POS products and sends it the takeaway and delivery orders.

What do I need to connect it?

A Waitry plan that includes POS integrations and your account’s connection details (Device ID, Location ID, Language ID and List ID), provided by Hiopos.

Can I still create products on Waitry?

Better not. With the integration enabled, products are created in Hiopos and synchronised. Any products you create in Waitry alone are not sent to the POS.
