Ágora
Ágora is a Spanish POS software solution for the hospitality, retail and food sectors, developed by IGT Microelectronics. As well as the point-of-sale system, it includes stock management, a digital menu, kitchen displays and an app for managing the premises remotely. It is sold through a network of distributors.
Alongside Waitry, Ágora sells through all your channels
You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into Ágora as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.
What is synchronised between Ágora and Waitry?
The items on your menu are transferred from Ágora to Waitry. Takeaway and delivery orders are entered into Ágora automatically, without having to type them in, whilst orders at the table are entered as separate orders, printed out and registered at the relevant table.
What do I need to have set up in Ágora?
The Ágora integration module, which your distributor sets up for you, and the device on which Ágora runs, switched on and connected. We’ll take care of the rest together with you.
Which versions of Ágora is it compatible with?
With versions of Ágora that include the integration module. If you’re not sure which version you have, we’ll confirm this during the demo.
How long does it take to get it up and running?
We aim to have the system up and running within 7 days. As soon as Ágora activates the module, we’ll link the menu and test the orders with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends on your plan and the channels you activate. In the demo, we’ll give you the exact price for your premises, with no obligation.
