Your home, with its own space on the customer’s mobile phone
Every marketplace order incurs a commission, and the customer belongs to the marketplace, not to you. The person who’s ordered from you six times is still a stranger to you. And the idea of having your own app was a six-month project that nobody ever finished. With your online shop, orders from Google and a white-label app, the customer walks through your door and stays in your customer base.
