Stripe is a financial services platform that helps businesses of all sizes accept payments online and in person, set up invoicing and manage the flow of money.

It was founded in the United States and is available in dozens of countries, including Spain, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Waitry and Stripe work together so that you can collect payment for your orders through your own account.

What does Stripe require from me to activate my account?

Your country, restaurant details, tax and personal details, and the bank account into which you wish to receive payments. In the business details section, you can state that you use Waitry for sales.

What should I do if a customer disputes a charge?

Stripe will notify you by email. From your Stripe account, you can open a dispute and submit evidence before the deadline.

How much does Stripe charge?

Fees are set by Stripe depending on your country and your account. You can check them on the Stripe website or in your dashboard.
