Oracle Simphony

Oracle Simphony is Oracle’s cloud-based POS system for the hospitality industry. It is used in fast-food chains, table-service restaurants, bars, stadiums and theme parks, ranging from single outlets to brands with a global presence.

Alongside Waitry, Oracle Simphony sells through all your channels

You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into Oracle Simphony as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.

Do I need to change my POS terminal?

No. You’ll continue using Oracle Symphony. Waitry imports your menu, floor plans and table layouts, and sends the orders to it.

What do I need to connect it?

A Waitry plan with POS integration and the following details from your Simphony account: the API user ID, the Revenue Centre number and the payment method ID.

Can I still create products on Waitry?

Better not. With active integration, products are created in Simphony and synchronised. Any products you create in Waitry alone are not sent to the POS.
