MaxiRest

MaxiRest is an Argentine cloud-based catering management software. It covers point-of-sale, kitchen tickets, dining room, counter and delivery, electronic invoicing and sales reports, and continues to operate offline.

It is used by food trucks, independent venues, cafés, chains and franchises throughout Argentina, with official agents in several provinces. Waitry and MaxiRest are partners and their systems are integrated.

Alongside Waitry, MaxiRest sells through all your channels

You can carry on using your usual POS system. Waitry adds the kiosk, order at the table, the digital menu and your own delivery service, and every order is entered into MaxiRest as if your team had placed it. We take care of the integration and support you throughout the process.

Do I need to switch to a different system?

No. You’ll continue using MaxiRest. Waitry imports your menu, floor plans and table layouts, and sends the orders to it.

Who activates the integration?

First, you need to activate MaxiRest. You can request this via the Waitry chat or by emailing soporte@waitry.net, and we’ll sort it out with MaxiRest, who will contact you to set it up on your device. To ensure orders are sent to MaxiRest, you’ll also need to ask them to enable order processing with Waitry.

Do I have to accept orders on Waitry?

No. When linked to MaxiRest, orders are sent automatically and are accepted when MaxiRest reports that the table is occupied. When the table is shown as empty in MaxiRest, the order is closed in Waitry.
