Integration between Deliverect and Waitry
If your POS system works with Deliverect, Waitry connects via it: the menu is published from Deliverect and orders are sent to your POS system.
- A bridge to your POS terminal
- Letter published by Deliverect
- Products sold out each day
- Connected orders and tables

Deliverect
Deliverect is a platform that connects a restaurant’s online sales channels – such as delivery apps and online ordering websites – with its POS system, and brings together orders and menus in a single dashboard.
According to its website, it works with over 70,000 establishments in 52 countries and connects with more than 1,000 apps and platforms. Waitry and Deliverect are partners and work seamlessly together.
With Deliverect, Waitry comes to your POS terminal
If your POS system isn’t directly integrated with Waitry, Deliverect acts as a bridge: orders from your kiosk, your QR code and your delivery service are routed to your system via it. You can continue using your POS system as normal, and we’ll support you through the set-up process.
Do I need to change my POS terminal?
No. Deliverect connects Waitry to the POS system you already use, and orders are sent to it via Deliverect.
What do I need to connect it?
A Deliverect account with the Waitry sales channel enabled – which you request from Deliverect – and a Waitry plan with POS integration. With these in place, the Waitry support team can configure the necessary settings on both platforms.
How do I update the menu?
Upload the menu you’re going to use via Deliverect, following their instructions. New items are created there, not in Waitry, because any items you create in Waitry alone won’t be sent.
