Waitry Payments

Waitry Payments is Waitry’s own payment gateway – the platform used by over 10,000 restaurants. Your customers can pay by debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can set it up and manage it from the same dashboard where you handle orders and the menu, without needing to add another provider. At the kiosk, you can add the P400 Plus card reader to accept payments by physical card.

Earn with Waitry Payments at the kiosk, the table and on your website

The customer pays however they like and the money goes straight into your account. With Waitry and Waitry Payments, you’ll have the same takings across all your channels, with no need for manual reconciliation when closing the till.

What do I need to set up Waitry Payments?

Your business must be based in Europe, and we’ll need the company’s details and those of its authorised signatories, as well as a bank account in the company’s name with the same signatories. We’ll ask you to provide a recent bank statement or certificate of account ownership in PDF format.

How long does it take to get approval?

It usually takes around 24 working hours to review the documentation. In the meantime, you will see the status ‘Under review’ and, if any of the details are incorrect, we will let you know via the form itself.

Can I refund a payment to a customer?

Yes. From the order history, you can issue a refund for the full amount or a partial amount. The money will be credited to the customer’s account within the timeframes set by their bank, usually between 24 and 48 hours.
