We inaugurate a new blog section to tell you week after week all the news and new features of Waitry.

We know that sometimes there are many options and functions that you ask us to improve the service. We always analyze them and we are adding them day by day thinking about facilitating your attention and digitization.
To make sure you don’t miss any of these features, we created this weekly newsletter with a summary of the highlights and tips to help you provide a better experience for your customers.

Personalized surveys

Do you need to know what your customers think of your service? With customized surveys you can automate the collection of opinions with your own questions, obtaining more accurate statistics to improve.

More options in Waiting queue

Now you can manage your venue’s capacity with more options. Your customers can tell you if they require accessibility or special attention, you can indicate the waiting time, limit the capacity, mark the No Show; and keep statistics that will allow you to measure your times at the reception.

Kiosk integrated to Redsys

We integrate Redsys payment terminals in our Kiosks for Spain. Your customers will now be able to pay with any payment method at the terminals and send their order directly to your kitchen.

Export of Archeos

In the cash closings, within the cash closings screen, you will be able to export the detail and result to excel format to send by email to the store manager, improving the cash control every day.

More variations in your products

In the modifiers / variations of your products, you will be able to indicate an additional level of options for when your customers select that option. For example, you can set it to indicate whether they want a little, medium or a lot.
