We are a SaaS platform, so it is necessary to have someone who has experience selling software and at the same time knowledge of the gastronomy and hospitality market.
If you manage any of the following tools it is a BIG plus: Zoho, Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Jira, Intercom. If you don’t have them but you consider yourself energetic and motivated enough to learn how to use new tools, we will be happy to teach you.
What are you going to do:
  • Become an expert in our products and digital transformation.
  • Contact our existing users and prospects to explain the benefits of the platform and its premium plans, focusing on customer experience and success.
  • You will work closely with the development and support team to channel customer and prospect needs.
  • Prospecting new potential customer accounts
  • Market through sales funnels, meticulously recording and measuring all interactions.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process.
  • Helps build scalable, data-driven demand generation campaigns.

What you should have:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or gastronomy / hospitality.
  • Commitment to pursue a career in sales.

  • Effectively resolve customer requests in a considerate, accurate and timely manner.
  • Assisting Waitry customers via Web Chat and by telephone
  • Write personalized and thoughtful responses to varied customer requests.
  • Identify, reproduce, and document bugs for our development team.
  • Write help guides with the frequently asked questions that you detect.
  • Work with the founding and development team to test new features and bug fixes considering customer feedback.
  • Actively contribute to help the team meet goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to the constant learning and challenge of being part of a startup.

Requirements

  • You genuinely care about and are passionate about customer support and its role in making a customer-centric team successful.
  • You have previous experience in a similar role.
  • You know that every grain of sand makes a real difference in making our customers happier.
  • You understand the web and how it works. You don’t need to know how to code applications, but you are not afraid of technology either.
  • You are aware when something cannot be solved by yourself and you are not afraid to ask for help, but you are also resolute and look for ways to solve it.
  • You know how to explain technical problems clearly and concisely.
  • You have very good spelling and grammar.
