ARCA

ARCA (Agency for Tax Collection and Customs Control) is the body responsible for collecting taxes and overseeing customs in Argentina. In 2024, it replaced the AFIP. It is the body that authorises the electronic invoices issued by businesses and professionals.

Invoice using ARCA directly from the order itself

Every sale needs a receipt, and it shouldn’t take up any of your time. With Waitry, you can issue a receipt with ARCA directly from the order, and it’s recorded alongside it in your country’s tax system.

What do I need to issue invoices via ARCA from Waitry?

The premium plan, including the advanced management add-on, your CUIT and a Level 3 or higher tax code, a digital certificate and a point of sale for web services on ARCA.

Can I use the point-of-sale system I already have?

No. You need to register a new one, separate from those you use for pre-printed invoices or for invoicing via the ARCA website, using the web services system.

Do I have to sort this out with my accountant?
