Good Friday! ⭐ We finished the week and we didn’t want to stop telling you about the news we have in Waitry.

After analyzing the behavior of hundreds of thousands of users, we have improved our App looking for what we are always looking for: to improve the shopping experience of your customers, making it easier and simpler, we also added improvements in POS integrations, payment, real time update and product modifiers.

In our self-service totems, you will now be able to identify your customers for better attention and service.We continue to improve day by day with your feedback which is always welcome. 👌

New version of Waitry APP

A new version of the web app where users order has been launched. Now the products are displayed as soon as the user enters to order, the checkout and payment options were improved, as well as the satisfactory payment messages. Styles and general design were improved. Always thinking about streamlining the order and improving the shopping experience of your diners.

Account division and tipping

We have improved the way your users pay at the table service. Now they will be able to split the bill and each pay their share, in addition to adding the tip in the electronic payment.

Table payment integrated with LightSpeed and Revo

We improved payment at the table without the need for the user to order through Waitry. In the integrations with LightSpeed and Revo, now diners can read the QR when they want to leave, see everything consumed and make the payment directly with your configured payment gateway.

Restriction by location

We added in the queue module the possibility of restricting the QR reading by configurable distance. Depending on the location of the user’s cell phone, it is allowed to enter the queue or not, improving security in the management of the waiting list.

Default variations

Now you can set in the variations/modifiers the ones you want to be selected by default. This will speed up the user’s purchase by having the variations pre-selected with the most common options.

User QR in Kiosk

Quick registration and user identification can be enabled on the self-service totems. The user registers only once and then starts his order faster by reading the QR sent by email, unique per user.
