👉 We are coming to the end of January and we want to tell you about the new features we added the last weeks in Waitry.
We improved the possibilities of promotions to offer different types of discounts and give coupons so you can retain your customers and tempt them with unique offers. 😉
We also added options for scheduled orders, now your customers can edit orders, limit the amount to receive by ranges, set minimum margins, all configurable by type of service, well adapted to your sales process.
Finally, we continue to add payment at the table with the POS that offer that possibility. We add Hosteltáctil in this modality.
Consult with your sales representative or our support chat these new options and improve as always the shopping experience of your customers.

Discounts for fixed values

Now you will be able to offer promotions with discounts for a fixed amount. In addition to percentage discounts, you can now set a fixed amount to be discounted according to the rules of your promotion. You will also be able to set a minimum order amount for the benefit to be applied.

Request additional information in the order

Request additional information in the order

For off-premise orders, you will now be able to request any additional information your business requires to deliver or prepare the order. You can configure it from the service and the user will be prompted at the end of the order.

Own promo code

We have released the possibility for you to set the promotion code yourself. This way you can customize it to align your marketing actions. It can have up to 6 alphanumeric characters.

Payment at the table with Hosteltáctil

If you use Hosteltáctil as a POS, now your customers will be able to pay the bill from the table even if they have not placed the order through Waitry. They will be able to pay, split the bill and leave a tip.

Assign delivery person

If you have your own delivery service, now you can have delivery type users to assign them to orders and thus keep track and control of those responsible for each delivery made by your store.

Time limit on order

We improved the management of the time from which your customers can place a scheduled order. In addition to the delay, you will now be able to set a time in hours from which it will be possible to order in advance.

Post-dated order editing

We added the possibility in the take away and delivery services that users can edit their scheduled orders up to a previous time (regarding the delivery) that you configure.
