2. Description of the service
Waitry offers a digital platform specialized in solutions for the hospitality and retail sector, allowing businesses to manage online and in-person orders, integrate point-of-sale (POS) systems, implement self-service kiosks, loyalty systems and payment gateways.
The services are provided under SaaS (software as a service) modality and may include additional functionalities through subscriptions or complementary modules.
3. Prices, taxes and currency
The prices offered to the customer are detailed in the corresponding payment link and include all applicable taxes (such as VAT, if applicable).
Payments can be made in Euros (EUR), United States Dollars (USD) or Argentine Pesos (ARS), depending on the location and payment method enabled.
4. Method and time of payment
Payment is made in advance, at the time of purchase via the link provided, through a secure gateway provided by Adyen. The charge is processed immediately upon completion of the payment process.
5. Service delivery
Once payment is confirmed, the contracted services will be activated within 24 to 48 business hours, unless otherwise expressly indicated in the purchase process.
6. Cancellations and refunds
Given the digital and personalized nature of the service, no refunds or cancellations are allowed once payment has been made, unless otherwise provided by law. If the customer considers that there has been an error or an incident in the provision of the service, he/she may contact soporte@waitry.net for review.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these conditions, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, Spain, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
