When managing orders in Waitry, it is best to access the orders tab in the side menu.

In this tab, all the services provided by the venue will be displayed, and the orders will be shown in the corresponding service, in real time as we receive them.

For example, this is the view of one dinning saloon from our venue in the orders tab.

In the upper part of the view we have all the services. In this case, we see that there is a new order on one of the tables, and that is what we are going to analyze next.

This is how the order will be displayed within the venue in one of the tables, and as you can see, we can perform 4 different actions in it:

  1. Order information
  2. Cancel Order
  3. Send a real time notification to the user.
  4. Move the order to the next step. (A real time notification will be sent to the user, saying that the order has moved forward on its state of preparation. These notifications and steps can be configured in the venue’s services)

The same thing applies to Take Away and Delivery orders, but the service view is displayed differently:

the different times of the orders will be displayed in a time grid. Remember that you can set up orders for other days if you wish to.

Waitry keeps a log of all the orders received. To access the order history, please visit the following article

Waitry also offers an innovative solution: the digital commander, which allows us to reduce maintenance costs, generate a more dynamic order flow and apply customizable filters for the kitchen sector of your choice.
