Accept card payments, Google Pay and Apple Pay for orders placed front of house, for takeaway and delivery via Waitry’s own payment gateway, and add a card terminal at the kiosk.

Waitry Payments is Waitry’s own payment gateway – the platform used by over 10,000 restaurants. Your customers can pay by debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

You can set it up and manage it from the same dashboard where you handle orders and the menu, without needing to add another provider. At the kiosk, you can add the P400 Plus card reader to accept payments by physical card.

## What connects

- **Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay**: Your customers pay for their orders by debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, using Waitry’s own payment gateway.
- **Sign up via your dashboard**: You activate this in your business’s payment settings. You fill in the details of the company, the authorised signatories and the account into which the money is paid, and sign the documentation as part of the same process.
- **Card reader at the kiosk**: With the P400 Plus terminal installed in the kiosk, customers can also pay using their physical card. It connects via Wi-Fi or an Ethernet cable.
- **Returns and reporting**: You can issue a full or partial refund for an order via the order history. In the Payment Gateway Report, you can view each transaction, including the service, amount, fees and payments credited to your account.

- **Card, Google Pay and Apple Pay**: Your customers pay for their orders by debit or credit card, Google Pay or Apple Pay, without anyone having to take payment manually.
- **Card reader at the kiosk**: With the P400 Plus installed at the kiosk, customers can also pay using their physical card, via Wi-Fi or by cable.
- **Returns from the order**: If an order arrives in the wrong condition, you can refund the full amount or part of it via the order history.
- **Every payment, at a glance**: The payment gateway report shows each transaction, including the service, amount and fees, as well as the payments credited to your account.

### What do I need to set up Waitry Payments?

Your business must be based in Europe, and we’ll need the company’s details and those of its authorised signatories, as well as a bank account in the company’s name with the same signatories. We’ll ask you to provide a recent bank statement or certificate of account ownership in PDF format.

### How long does it take to get approval?

It usually takes around 24 working hours to review the documentation. In the meantime, you will see the status ‘Under review’ and, if any of the details are incorrect, we will let you know via the form itself.

### Can I refund a payment to a customer?

Yes. From the order history, you can issue a refund for the full amount or a partial amount. The money will be credited to the customer’s account within the timeframes set by their bank, usually between 24 and 48 hours.
