## Everything in one place, and a suggestion at just the right moment

Front of house, bar, delivery and orders at the table all go into the same system, so nobody has to enter the same details twice. The till suggests a drink, dessert or extra that goes well with what the customer has just ordered, without being pushy. And at the end of the day, you can see what was sold, at what time and in what quantities, so you can adjust the menu and staff rota whenever it suits you.

## 4 benefits of a POS system

The POS is the system you use to take orders and process payments. Waitry’s POS works on any device, lets you carry on taking orders even without an internet connection, and combines front of house, counter and delivery orders into a single till.

- **You can centralise all your sales in a single system**: Dining area, counter, takeaway and delivery – all in one place.
- **You serve customers more quickly at the table**: Your waiting staff take orders on a tablet and they go straight to the kitchen.
- **You’re in charge of your till and your team**: Opening, closing, cash transactions and leave taken by each employee.
- **You can track your sales in real time**: Shift and daily reports to inform decision-making.

## Charge however you like, on whichever device you have.

A single POS system for tablets, mobiles, PCs, Macs or the card terminal itself. The whole shop on one screen.

- **Offline, for real**: Every order and every payment is stored on the device before the server is notified. Nothing is lost or duplicated.
- **Tap to Pay on your mobile**: Charge by holding your card close to your iPhone or Android device. No reader or cable required.
- **A card terminal is a POS**: Adyen terminals running the app itself. Smart cash drawers, Stripe, Mercado Pago and Transbank.
- **The venue on a screen**: Floor plan showing seating areas and tables, orders via menu or Kanban, waiter calls, delivery riders and till.
- **Team signings**: Staff clock in at the same terminal, using a PIN or facial recognition. Goodbye to paper.
- **Your customer screen**: Showcase your promotions and your brand whilst taking payment, not the manufacturer’s logo.

## Everything to do with the box

Everything that is taken in at the premises comes in here and appears in the end-of-day reports.

POS

- **Still no internet**: The order and payment are recorded on the device. The familiar menu still works.
- **Send it to the kitchen**: The kitchen ticket is entered into the KDS and the statuses are reset to ‘at till’ without anyone being asked.
- **A single till closure**: The takings from the kiosk, the tables and the delivery service all go into the same till.
- **The same letter**: Prices, allergens and availability are taken from the same catalogue as the other channels.
- **Recognise the partner**: Points, vouchers and promotions relevant to your membership tier are applied at the time of payment.
- **It all comes down to the data**: Average ticket value, peak times, best-selling products and shift-end figures, in real time.
