## Your customers, your data and your profit margins

Anyone who follows your channel knows you, not an app. Aggregators are still useful for helping people discover you; your own channel is for those who keep coming back.

## From the first zone to the final report

Four steps and the distribution takes care of itself.

- **Draw your zones**: On the map, with its price and minimum order.
- **Connect your channels**: Your online shop, marketplaces and a courier service if you need one.
- **Manage the service from a dashboard**: All orders together, showing their origin and status.
- **Take a look at the report**: Net margin by channel at the end of the week, without having to do the calculations by hand.

## Your own delivery service, under your own brand

You no longer pay marketplace fees for customers who are already yours. Your menu, your prices and your promotions – without having to compete on the same screen with other businesses.

- You can calculate the profit margin for each order
- You own your customers and your data
- Build customer loyalty and encourage repeat business with promotions and loyalty points
- You control your brand from start to finish

- A personalised letter bearing your brand
- Order dispatch notification on the mobile screen

## Your order is already on its way!

Thank you for placing your trust in us.

## Your areas, your rates, your customers.

All deliveries are managed via the dashboard: where you’re going, how much you’re paid and who’s delivering them.

- **Areas marked on the map**: You can work out how far you can go, based on their rates and minimum order per area.
- **Own riders or third-party riders**: You can allocate jobs from the POS or the dashboard. And if you don’t have a fleet, you can connect to Stuart, Shipday or Cabify.
- **A single queue**: Website, app, phone and marketplaces all on the same dashboard, in the KDS and at the POS, each with its own branding.
- **Which channel makes money?**: Net margin per channel, after commission has been deducted. Find out what a marketplace order is actually worth.
- **Pause a channel at the tip**: You can pause, resume or set a ‘busy’ mode on a channel, and mute a programme for up to an hour.
- **The customer is yours**: Their details are stored in your database, not the intermediary’s. You can get in touch with them again whenever you like.

## Everything to do with the cast

Your own channel uses the same menu, the same kitchen and the same list of customers.

Delivery

- **The same letter**: With its delivery price list, ensuring no products are duplicated and no price increases are overlooked.
- **Everything goes into the kitchen**: Your own website and marketplaces on the same KDS, with the same statuses and your channel’s logo.
- **A single fastening**: Items received via distribution fit into the same box as those sold in front of house.
- **Riders using their app**: Assigned from the POS or the dashboard, showing the route and status of each delivery.
- **Talk to him again**: The customer remains in your database. You can win them back with a campaign, without having to pay for them again.
- **Margin per channel**: How much profit is made on each order after commission, as shown in the profitability report.

## Questions about the distribution

### Can I run my own delivery service and sell on marketplaces at the same time?

Yes. Dedicated zones and riders for direct orders, marketplaces to reach more people – all in one queue.

### Can I offer takeaway orders as well as delivery?

Yes. On the same platform, the customer chooses whether they want it delivered or whether they’ll pop in to collect it, and both types of order go to the same kitchen.

### Do orders from the apps appear on my kitchen screen?

Yes, with the marketplace badge and the same order statuses as all other orders.

### Can I pause a channel during peak hours?

By channel: pause, resume, set to ‘busy’ mode or mute a programme until a specific time.

### Do I need my own delivery drivers?

No. Stuart, Shipday and Cabify are linked as partner delivery services.

### Which report tells me whether the delivery service is profitable?

The profitability report, showing the net margin by channel, and the delivery analytics report in the reports section.

### Who owns the customer data?

Yours. Orders placed via your own channel remain in your customer database, not the intermediary’s.

### How much will I save compared to a food delivery app?

The agent’s commission on every order placed via your channel. The calculator on this page gives you the figure based on your orders and your average order value.

### Can I receive orders via Instagram, WhatsApp and Google?

Yes. They all appear on the same screen as the ones from your website, Glovo and Uber Eats.
