## Your home, with its own space on the customer’s mobile phone

Every marketplace order incurs a commission, and the customer belongs to the marketplace, not to you. The person who’s ordered from you six times is still a stranger to you. And the idea of having your own app was a six-month project that nobody ever finished. With your online shop, orders from Google and a white-label app, the customer walks through your door and stays in your customer base.

## From your first link to your app in the app store

Four steps and you’ll be selling under your own brand.

- **Choose your link**: Put it in your shop window, on your social media and on your delivery bags.
- **Enter your areas and times**: Delivery and collection, including their charges and minimum charges.
- **Activate the order on Google**: Your business appears on Search and Maps with an ‘Order’ button.
- **And whenever you like, your app**: It is built on top of the Waitry app using your own resources and published on the app stores.

## Your brand on their mobile. No six-month project.

The online shop, Google orders and the app are all set up in the same dashboard where you already work.

- **Online shop on your own domain**: Takeaway, pre-booked or home delivery orders, with your own delivery areas and prices. No intermediary commission.
- **People find you on Google**: Your business on Google Search and Maps, offering takeaway and home delivery, and keeping up with the latest from Google.
- **App with your icon**: White-labelled iOS and Android versions of the Waitry app: your icon, your colours, push notifications, loyalty scheme and digital wallet.
- **And the marketplaces continue**: Uber Eats, Glovo, Rappi, PedidosYa and Just Eat all appear on the same kitchen screen.
- **Customer loyalty within**: Points, your card in the wallet, referrals and nearby venues – all within the app itself.
- **Measure your adverts**: Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are set up in the Integrations Centre.

## Everything to do with your own channel

Your shop and your app don’t operate in isolation. They share the menu, the kitchen and the customers with the rest.

Your shop

- **The same letter**: With its online price list, without duplicating products or maintaining two catalogues.
- **Step into your kitchen**: Orders from your website and app are routed to the same KDS as those from the front of house.
- **Your delivery areas**: The same ones you use for your own delivery service, with their rates and minimum order amounts.
- **Club within the app**: Points, cards in your wallet, referrals and nearby venues – all without leaving your brand.
- **Send push notifications to your customers**: Notifications straight from your own app, without having to pay anyone to reach them.
- **People find you on Google**: Your business listing on Search and Maps, complete with an ‘Order’ button and the ability to track your delivery.

## Questions about our own app

### Is there a commission on orders placed via the website?

Yes. You can place an order in advance for a specific time, whether for collection or home delivery.

### Can I track the performance of my adverts?

Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and the Conversions API are set up in the Integrations Centre.

Your business appears on Google Search and Maps with the option to order for collection or delivery, and you can see how much revenue this brings in.
