Hosteltáctil is a Spanish POS software solution for the hospitality sector: restaurants, bars, cafés, franchises and groups. In addition to the POS system, it offers a remote ordering system, kitchen display, back-office functions, bookings, a digital menu and a loyalty scheme.

It has its own distribution network in cities such as Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Málaga, and is now part of the Loomis Group. Waitry and Hosteltáctil are partners and their systems are fully integrated.

## What connects

- **Letter from Hosteltáctil**: Import the products you already have in Hosteltáctil into Waitry. If you make any changes in the POS system, synchronise again.
- **Chairs and tables**: Your front of house plans and tables are transferred from Hosteltáctil to Waitry.
- **Table orders via the POS**: Orders placed by your customers at their tables using Waitry are sent to Hosteltáctil.
- **Takeaway and delivery via the POS**: Waitry’s takeaway and home delivery orders are sent directly to the POS terminal without anyone having to re-enter them.

### Do I need to change my POS terminal?

No. You’ll continue using Hosteltáctil. Waitry imports your menu, floor plans and table layouts from the POS system and sends the orders to it.

### Who activates the integration?

You’ll need to ask your Hosteltáctil distributor to configure the POS terminal to work with Waitry. You can then activate it in Waitry using your Hosteltáctil ID, or ask us to set it up for you and we’ll provide you with an account that’s already synchronised.

### Do I need a specific Waitry plan?

Yes. Integration with Hosteltáctil is a premium feature of Waitry. Check the plans on the pricing page and, if necessary, request the change via the platform’s chat function or by emailing soporte@waitry.net.
