You import your products from Hiopos, and Waitry’s takeaway and delivery orders appear on your POS system without you having to enter them manually.

HIOPOS, formerly known as ICG, is a cloud-based, Android and web-based POS platform, with versions for the hospitality, retail, food and beauty sectors. It operates across all five continents through a network of partners, with a presence in Spain and across much of Latin America.

## What connects

- **Letter from Hiopos**: You can import the products you already have in your Hiopos POS system into Waitry, without having to create them again.
- **Takeaway and delivery via the POS**: Waitry’s takeaway and home delivery orders are automatically imported into Hiopos, without the need to re-enter them.
- **Daily menu changes**: If you add or change products in Hiopos, simply resync and they’ll appear in Waitry.

### Do I need to change my POS terminal?

No. You carry on using your Hiopos. Waitry imports the POS products and sends it the takeaway and delivery orders.

### What do I need to connect it?

A Waitry plan that includes POS integrations and your account’s connection details (Device ID, Location ID, Language ID and List ID), provided by Hiopos.

### Can I still create products on Waitry?

Better not. With the integration enabled, products are created in Hiopos and synchronised. Any products you create in Waitry alone are not sent to the POS.
