## Manage your event with Waitry and boost your sales

The daily target is determined by how many orders can be processed within that time frame, and each kiosk opens an additional point of sale within that window. The kiosk takes the order and suggests a meal deal and an extra with each one, whilst your team focuses on preparing and delivering them quickly. The QR code from your seat and code-based collection fill in the gaps where the kiosk falls short.

## Queries about events

### Does it work if the venue’s network becomes overloaded?

The POS terminal, the kiosk and the kitchen display are native apps, not websites. They continue to process payments and queue transactions whilst offline, and synchronise when the connection is restored.

### Can I hire it for just a few days?

Yes. You register the venue and its sales points for the event, and deactivate them when it’s over. There’s no minimum contract period.

### How do you keep track of what’s left in each bar?

If you mark a product as out of stock via the dashboard, it immediately disappears from all the kiosks and mobile units in that area.

### Is it valid for deposit-based cups or pre-paid drinks?

Please tell us how you’ve set it up in the form. There are several ways to do this, and it depends on the venue.

### How long does it take to put it together?

It depends on the number of bars and the equipment. Once we know the capacity and the dates, we’ll provide you with a detailed plan during our first call.

### What do I take with me when the event is over?

Closing figures by point of sale, sales by the hour and by product, and service times. All of which can be exported for payroll purposes.

### How many kiosks does my venue need?

It depends on the venue’s capacity, the number of bars and how long the peak period lasts. Once we have that information, we’ll give you a figure during our first call.

## What your event stands to gain

- **More orders in the same window**: As many order points as will fit. Anyone who sees a twenty-minute queue leaves; anyone who sees four kiosks stays and buys something.
- **Higher average ticket price**: The combo, the second item and the extra are displayed on screen with every order, and are always the same.
- **Thousands of orders at once**: The system processes the peak without any bottlenecks, and no single order holds up the others.
- **You’ll be charged even if there’s no signal**: The order goes through as normal and synchronises when the signal returns.
- **One letter for all the supporters’ groups**: Change one price and it affects all fifteen.
- **Comprehensive analysis at the close**: Which product line sold the most, when did sales peak, which items sold out, the average receipt value per point of sale, and the breakdown between cash and card payments.
- **The tonnage calculation works out by itself**: Bar by bar, night by night, when the lights go out.

## Services and benefits available to you with Waitry

Designed for full venues, peaks in demand and overloaded networks.

- **The kiosks, set up for an event venue**: Sturdy totems that are erected and removed on a zone-by-zone basis.
- **Thousands of orders at once**: Cope with the peaks: every point adds capacity.
- **Analysis of the event, as the door closes**: Sales by bar, hour and product at the end of the day.
- **It works without a signal**: If there is no network connection, the order is submitted and synchronised later.
